Registration is open but this page is still being updated with information
trip 1: Pyrenees, June 13-27
We return to NE Spain and Catalunya for a tour of the best kept secrets of the Pyrenees. The Alt Pirineu region of Catalunya has endless shady crags (known mostly by locals) containing steep resistance climbing and brilliant slabs. Moving west into Aragon, an additional lifetime of sport routes await, including Bielsa and the legendary Rodellar. Two weeks will just be a tease for the area, but we’ll maximize our time picking out the classics and not getting too tired frolicking in the Pyrenees on our rest days.

Additional activities: site-seeing, mountain hikes, lake swimming
Minimum ability: 5.11a onsight/5.11d redpoint ability on rock

trip 2: north spain Girls trip, July 16-26
The Cantabrian Mountain Range in Asturias is home to thousands of world class sport climbs. On the east side, Desfiladero de la Hermida (The Gorge of la Hermida), features hundreds of routes in the 6-7 grade (5.11-13) in predictably cool summer shade conditions. This is one of Europe’s best summer sport crags, as well as one of Spain’s best climbing secrets. Moving west through the Picos de Europa and towards Oviedo, the mountains contain 1000s of sport climbs of all difficulties and varieties. For rest days, we’ll visit the gorgeous beaches and some gentle surf to play in.
