Submitting this deposit does not guarantee the acceptance of your application. Should your application be rejected, your deposit will be refunded and you'll be notified immediately. 90 days (or earlier) prior to the trip departure date will allow for consideration of a full refund, minus service fees (currently 2.8%) and a $50 administration fee, or 2) within the 90-day window leading up to the trip departure date, a medical emergency whereupon a doctor has specifically denied privilege to climbing; or a family emergency or hardship (sudden illness, death, etc.) will qualify the deposit to be used for a future alpha climbing trip or camp.
