Gap Year Program Course Deposit
Please submit this deposit to accompany your application for an alpha climbing gap year program. If your application is rejected, your deposit will be returned in full, usually within a week of notification.
We are currently offering an unconditional refund policy for deposits paid for gap year programs due to the uncertain nature of the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Normal deposit policy follows the following stipulations:
If your application is accepted, this deposit will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable. In certain circumstances, it might be usable for future program. Please contact us for questions regarding specific circumstance.
If your selected course is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be refunded the entire amount of this deposit.
No refunds shall be given due to: family emergencies, including death, hardship, or other catastrophe; personal decision to cancel; travel restrictions due to global pandemics, terrorism, warnings issued by Depts. of State; injury; and/or cancelation of contract due to participant falsification of documents.
Submitting this deposit initiates a contract between the applicant and Alpha Climbing LLC. Applicants under the age of 18 shall be considered as minors represented by their legal guardian(s).
