Submitting the deposit does not guarantee the acceptance of your application. Should your application be rejected, your deposit will be refunded immediately and you'll be notified. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable with the following exceptions: 1) A written request submitted 90 days (or earlier) prior to the trip departure date will allow for consideration of a full refund, minus service fees (currently 2.8%) and a $50 administration fee. or 2) Within the 90-day window leading up to the trip departure date, a medical emergency whereupon a doctor has specifically denied privilege to climbing; or a family emergency or hardship (sudden illness, death, etc.) will qualify the deposit to be used for a future Alpha Climbing LLC trip or camp.
