Deposits are non-transferable and are non-refundable after 14 days from payment. Should your application be rejected your deposit will be refunded immediately. If a program is cancelled due to low-enrollment or otherwise, registrants will be notified via email and deposits will be refunded within 10 business days. It is strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance as soon as possible following acceptance of the registration, in order to protect any funds paid in the case of event which may cause the applicant unable to attend.
